Obituary of Stephen B. Lincoln

Stephen B. Lincoln, 85, of Woodstock, CT, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2023 surrounded by his family at UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester, MA. He was the beloved husband of the late Janice C. Lincoln. He was born March 11, 1938 in North Adams, MA, son of the late Robert and Hope (Fletcher) Lincoln.

Mr. Lincoln is survived by his daughter Kelly A. Lincoln Hamill and her husband Mark of Woodstock, CT; his grandchildren Ron Olivieri Jr., Dylan Hamill and his wife Madi and Emily Hamill; his great grandson Hudson Hamill; his sister Penelope Fox and her husband David. He was predeceased by his daughter Cynthia B. Lincoln.

Stephen was a member of the Muddy Brook Volunteer Fire Department for over 40 years. He was a former Treasurer of the Woodstock Fair and the Republican Town Committee. Stephen worked with four generations at the Byrnes Insurance Agency. He was an avid stock fanatic. He loved visiting Maine and spending time with his grandchildren.

 A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 8, 2023 at 3:00 PM at the East Woodstock Congregational Church, 220 Woodstock Road, East Woodstock. Burial will be private.
