Gram, you were one person that could always keep a secret. You were always giving and never looking for something in return. I remember when i would come over in the morings i would bring the news paper in for you. It seemed like it would make your whole day or at least a great start to the day. The littlest things i would do for you made you so happy. It didn't take much to please you. I always felt cared about when i was around you. i Couldn't ask for a more caring grandmother, I LOVE YOU.......

My Deepest Sympathy goes out to all of Alices' family and friends. Alice was a kind friend to me. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Many years ago Alice and I worked at C&M together. Alice drove me to work for several months. We had great conversations about an array of things. Alice was 45 years older than me, so she had lots of interesting stories to tell. I was very surprised to learn that Alice was kind enough to help my great grandmother out during her elder years. I will always remember Alice for her spunk and firey spirit. Even at 70 yrs old she was out doing us young woman with her style.. Her nails were always designed beautifully.. God Bless

The Plan of the MASTER WEAVER
Our lives are but fine weavings that God and we pre-
pare,
Each life becomes a fabric planned and fashioned in
His care.
We may not always see just how the weavings intertwine,
But we must trust the Master's hand and follow His design,
For He can view the pattern upon the upper side,
While we must look from underneath, and trust in Him
to guide.
Sometimes a strand of sorrow is added to His plan,
And though it's difficult for us, we still must
understand
That it's He who fills the shuttle, it's He who
knows what's best,
So we must weave in patience .. and leave to Him the rest.
Not till the loom is silent and the shuttles cease to
fly
Shall God unroll the canvas and explain the reason why --
The dark threads are as needed in the Weaver's skill-
ful hand
As the threads of gold and silver in the pattern He
has planned.
