Obituary of Frances M. Waterman
Frances M. Waterman, 75 of Mill Street, Putnam, died Wednesday at Haven Health Care in Danielson. She was the beloved wife of John P. Waterman. She was born July 28, 1933 in Pascoag, RI, daughter of the late Thomas and Helen Davis. She worked as a spinner at area textile mills. She made her home here most of her life, a member of the American Ladies Auxiliary Post 67, North Grosvenordale.
She leaves her husband John, sons, Roger, Norbet and Steven, a stepdaughter, Kathy Roy of Webster, MA; a sister Elizabeth Abbott; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The Funeral will be Tuesday at 10:30 AM from the Smith & Walker Funeral Home, 148 Grove Street, Putnam, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in ST Joseph Church, 12 Main Street, North Grosvenordale. A Calling Hour will be on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Burial in ST Joseph Cemetery. To share a memory with her family "Light a Candle" at www.smithandwalkerfh.com
