Obituary of Jeannette Bella Walker

Jeannette "Jenny" Walker, 76 of West Glocester, RI, died Sunday, April 6, 2008 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, N. Providence. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Allan Walker, they were married in 1950 at ST Mary Church of the Visitation in Putnam, he died in 2000. She was born June 10, 1931 in Killingly, daughter of the late Arthur and Flora (Cabana) Tetreault. She made her home in Glocester for 45 years, formerly of Putnam. She was a graduate of ST Mary School. She was a member of the West Glocester Fire Dept's Ladies Auxiliary. She leaves five children: Sandra Walker-Major of Glocester; Allan Walker of Webster, MA; David Walker of W. Warwick; Heidi Walker of Putnam; Wendy Walker of West Glocester; five grand children; nine great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter Catherine Walker in 2005 and her siblings Paul, Laurel, Lauris and Lucy. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the Smith & Walker Funeral Home, 148 Grove Street, Putnam, CT. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Dora C.
