A met Jim years ago at the Veterans Office at the Putnam Town Hall and remember how easy-going and friendly he was. What was special about Jim, in all the years I knew him, he ALWAYS greeted me when ever be met with a simple hello. I will always remember Jim with his and his friendly manner ......I will miss him. Thanks for being a good friend.
