Obituary of Elizabeth L. Frink

Elizabeth L. Frink, 82 of Immanuel House, Woodland Street, Hartford formerly of Woodstock, died Saturday at Ellis Manor in Hartford, she was born February 17, 1925 in Putnam daughter of the late Wallace Lyon and Frances (Gordon) Frink. She attended the one room School House in Woodstock and was a graduate of the Woodstock Academy Class of 1943 and Bryant College. She had worked for over 35 years at the Travelers Insurance in Hartford retiring in 1990. She had previously worked at the American Optical in Southbridge during the war and the former Mohawk Airlines in New York City. She made her home in Hartford most of her life and was a member of the Immanuel Congregational Church in Hartford. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. She leaves a sister Avis Spaulding of Woodstock, a sister in law Shirley Frink of Woodstock, several nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews and cousins, predeceased by brothers Robert Frink, Sr. and John Frink. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, September 1st, 12:30 PM at Immanuel Congregational Church, 10 Woodland Street, Hartford. Burial will be September 8th (Saturday) at 10:00 am at the Woodstock Hill Cemetery, Woodstock. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Immanuel Congregational Church, 10 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT 06105-2396.
