My sincere sympathy to the Wong family. I, too, grew up in Westminster, Vermont and was guided by Reverand Wong's example, whether it was Youth Group or Sunday school and services. He was a remarkable man. You all must miss him terribly, but your hearts must be very proud to have had such a wonderful person in your lives. God Bless you all...

Sending our deepest sympathies to Mrs. Wong and family. We grew up in Westminster, VT and worshiped at First Congregational Church. Bill was visiting a Pomfret church member when I dropped by her house. She was in a deep mental problem.
Together Bill and I convinced her she had to go to the emergency room at Day Kimball. We took her there and on to Norwich Hospital where she was helped. It was a moving experience in God's light with my pastor. Peace!!!

Dear Lucy and family:
I am so blessed to have known Bill, and I am so glad that I saw you both recently at DKH. I guess because I was only a child at Pomfret Cong'l, I didn't know Bill's whole story....what an amazing start he had! I will never forget him. Please know that my family and I are praying for you and thinking of you at this time. With love, Roberta

I am so sorry to hear that Reverend Wong has passed away.I want his wife Lucy and family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers.
It was so nice to have moved into the same neighborhood as the Wongs family some 20 years ago.
I will always remember Mr. Wong, we had something in common as far as our health.
It was really nice when Mr. Wong would stop and chat when he would be out walking.
Mr. Wong will be deeply missed by me.
Always in our thoughts!
