Obituary of Christine C. Wilson
Christine C. Wilson of Pomfret, CT died Monday at the Day Kimball Hospital after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Mark A. Wilson; they were married December 16, 2000. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Robert and Ann (Carlson) Stone, Sr.
She worked as a Customer Service Representative for over 26 years at Norton Company in Worcester, and most recently at the former Steak-umm company in Pomfret. She had made her home in the Putnam-Pomfret area for the last eight years, formerly of Worcester. She enjoyed her flower gardening and caring for her pets.
She leaves her husband Mark, sons: Mark Taber and his wife Denise of Gardener, MA; Richard Taber and his wife Jocelyn of Sterling, MA; stepdaughter: Nicole Wilson of Pomfret; stepson Matthew Wilson of Putnam; a brother: Robert Stone, Jr. of Brooklyn, CT; a sister: Susan Erickson of Sterling, MA; grandchildren: Courtney Taber and Ashleigh Taber. Funeral Service and burial will be private.
