Obituary of Elisabeth M. Perrin

Elisabeth M. Perrin, 87, of Wethersfield, formerly of West Woodstock. Died April 21, 2005. She was born March 1, 1918 at the Longmeadow Farm, a daughter of the late John M. and Ida (Preuss) Perrin II, a 7th grand niece of the Rev. Stephen Williams the first minister at the Church of the Good Shepherd in West Woodstock of which she was a member. She was a graduate of the Woodstock Academy and the Greenwich Academy in Rhode Island. Miss Perrin began her business career as a secretary at the Connecticut Mutual Insurance company in Hartford, later she became the private secretary to the personal director at G Fox & Co. until her retirement. She had made her home in Wethersfield for many years; she leaves her sister: Elinor Perrin of Woodstock. A Graveside service will be held Sunday May 15th at 3:00 PM At the Barlow Cemetery, Barlow Cemetery Road, West Woodstock. Donations may be made in her memory to the Church of the Good Shepherd 12 Bradford Corner Rd, West Woodstock, CT 06281. Arrangements by Smith & Walker Funeral Home 148 Grove Street, Putnam.
