Obituary of Nancy Trull

Nancy Goddu Trull, 99 of Brooklyn, CT, formerly of Dudley, MA, died July 28, 2023, at Pierce Memorial Baptist Home in Brooklyn. She was born in Winchester, MA on September 15, 1923 daughter of the late Lloyd and Louise (Alexander) Goddu.

She was predeceased by her husband, John Pattison Trull, they were married 75 years. She was also predeceased by a son, John Pattison Trull, Jr. and a daughter Charlotte Trull.  She was a Deaconess at the Dudley Hill Congregational Church. For many years she worked for the District Clerk of Courts in the Dudley courthouse.  

She leaves her son David Trull, daughter Jane Rosen and her husband Eric, grandchildren; Lauren Rosen, Todd Rosen and his wife Hadley, Peter Rosen, Kimberly Fine and her husband Jonah, Charlotte Stevens and her husband Geoffrey, Jonathan Trull, great grandchildren; Cabot, Eloise and Aubrey. 

She loved her time with family, cooking, genealogy, growing orchids, spending time at the family camp in Maine and traveling the globe with her husband.  In her 80’s a highlight of her life was volunteering at UMass NICU as a baby cuddler.

To many she was known as classy, kind, spunky, with a smile and a sense of humor. She will be missed by all.
