Faye( Nancy Lewis) Hoban posted a condolence
I believe she is not gone. I believe her loved ones who have passed on were there to meet her, on the other side, including her sister, Ruth, who passed away before her, six months to the day, on July 11th of 07. We who are left to grieve will find solace in those memories and shared beliefs that mark our love, memories whose significance and meaning only our Maker understands, and in Whose Merciful and Loving Arms she now resides. My personal conviction of life that survives death remains, and is strengthened, for at ten thirty, on the 11th, a stranger in the grocery store gave me an angel pin, a pin she purchased in a funeral home when her aunt died. When I got home, Alice called to tell me the news, and I remembered the pin. My Aunt Virginia passed away at the very hour I was given a symbol of salvation. Little did I suspect, when the stranger asked me to pass it on, how soon it would be. I believe Virginia sent that pin, through that check out girl, as a sign that she's not gone, a token of assurance to her family that she is with the angels, and therefore knows real peace.

I remember the grand times we had traipsing all over, looking at old places and things and the wealth of info she shared in regard to memories of the old folks and olden times. Now, bless her, she is one of them.
