Obituary of Armand L. Dauphinais

Armand L. Dauphinais, 76, of Danielson, CT passed away September 17, 2022 at his home in Danielson. He was born on December 4, 1945 in Putnam, CT, son of the late Alexander and Helen (Desjardin) Dauphinais. 

Armand worked for the Killingly Schools for over 30 years retiring as Head Custodian. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Danielson Elks and the Danielson Fire Department. Armand was an avid golfer and card player.

He leaves his wife Helen (Wilding) Dauphinais of Danielson; his children Wendy Smith (Lloyd) of Dayville, Lisa Parsons (James) of Danielson, Armand Dauphinais, Jr. (Jennifer) of Brooklyn and Andrew Dauphinais of Rogers; his stepchildren Joseph Krzak (David), Christina Lapierre and Debra Johnson (John); his brothers J. Henry Dauphinais, Richard Dauphinais, Raymond Dauphinais, Albert Dauphinais (Maggie) and Leo Dauphinais (Johanna); his sisters Irene Zabatta (Joe) and Claire Lillie (Joe); his 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Also several nieces and nephews. Armand was predeceased by his first wife Louise (Wright) Dauphinais in 1998; his sister Claudette Disley and brother Paul Dauphinais.

A Calling Hour will be Friday, September 23, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds Street, Danielson, CT.
